Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a booking, you must do so at least 12 hours before the class starts. If you fail to cancel or are absent, you will be charged for that class. Additionally, late cancellations will incur a $10 fee, and no-shows will be charged $20.

Arrivals:

• First-Time Riders: Arrive 15 minutes before the class begins.
• All Riders: Check-in at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If you do not check in on time, your seat may be given to a wait-listed rider.
• Late arrivals will not be permitted into the class.

Returns & Refunds:

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We cannot provide refunds for unused ride passes.

Scheduling and Instructors:

Revive Studio reserves the right to cancel or change instructors, rides, and schedules without prior notice. We will generally be closed on major public holidays.

Before participating, you will need to agree to the following:

Pre-Exercise Screening Affirmation:

If you answer ‘YES’ to any of the following questions, you must seek guidance from your GP or a relevant health professional before engaging in physical activity:

1. Has your doctor ever told you that you have a heart condition or have you ever had a stroke?
2. Do you experience unexplained chest pains or discomfort at rest or during exercise?
3. Do you feel faint, dizzy, or lose balance during exercise?
4. Have you had an asthma attack requiring immediate medical attention in the last 12 months?
5. If you have diabetes, have you had trouble controlling your blood sugar in the last 3 months?
6. Do you have any other conditions that may require special consideration for you to exercise?

By agreeing to this waiver, you certify that you have responded accurately to these questions and have obtained the necessary guidance from a health professional.

Liability Waiver:

I understand that this program may involve strenuous physical activity, including muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning, and other fitness activities.

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability or condition that would prevent or limit my participation in this program. In consideration of my participation, I release Revive Studio, and their agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action resulting from my voluntary participation. I fully understand that I may injure myself during this program and hereby release Revive Studio, and their agents from any liability now or in the future for any conditions, including but not limited to heart attacks, strokes, muscle injuries, broken bones, heat exhaustion, or any other illness or injury I may incur.
